*sigh* They will want $65 to do it. I don't have enough so I'm screwed for right now.

Travis also gave you advice on how to open it yourself. Get a wedge shaped object, and push it in the rear of the door on the upper part along the framing for the window. Push it in just far enough to give a little room to get a long rod in to push the unlock button. Be careful while doing it as you run the risk of bending the door frame or breaking the window. Use this advice at your own risk.

I will try that,
I'm afraid a cop will think I'm trying to break in it....
Hey, won't the alarm go off if I unlock it? Will the alarm re-lock the doors?

well heres something you can try and its worked for me before...
since your car is over 10 years old your door lock cylinders are probably getting tired, try a key from another gm car, or another key period, it might just work... it did on our old lumina, my buddies gtp, my friends gf'* chrysler, and others....

Don't you have a spare key anywhere? You should get your keys copied when you do get it out if you don't have one. I'd stick a rod in to poke the power unlock button and then pull the door quick if you're worried about the alarm.
Give the random GM key a try too, shake it a bit, wiggle and turn.

Heres a good update. Thanks to the help of the South Beloit Non-Emergency Line. an Officer came out and Unlocked it. He took a piece of sheet metal and stuck it between the window seal and the window, stuck it in the door and did something. Then the alarm went off and the officer reacted, I jumped in and grabbed the keys and disabled it! He got a laugh out of it and said "I didn't expect that!" Shook his hand and he left. Now my other door key is my wallet. That was a hoot

gotta love the $2 a month towing assistance from USAA. I've used that 2 times now. I doubt I'll need it on my 98 since it has keyless but the 93 I have the habit of locking the doors with the lock on the door and leaving the keys in the ignition.

I was under the impression that police departments didn't do this anymore because they were tired of getting sued. People'* power locks would stop working or the window would get scratched, and they would sue the city/county....(bullshit, sue someone for helping you when you asked them to....)

yeah Ive locked my keys in my car 3 times now, the first took about 25 minutes but the next two times i was in within 5 minutes. Next time grab a coat hanger and straighten it out with a triangle hook at the bottom. Then wedge it between the door and frame of the car all the way down towards the unlock button, then fish the hanger down below the bottom and pull up to hoook the bottom of the buttom and pull up. It works like a charm... of course at your own risk.
