woooh BABY! have MERCY with that shine!

howd the gold class work on the trunk scratches btw?

and yeah..thats pretty damn cheap for touchup paint...my DYGM from the dealer was about $15 for that size. but it was GOOOOD paint!

that car is PRETTY sexy. i dont think you'll have much trouble selling it, but i'd start up at LEAST $3,000, $2,500 minimum

If those wheels do get fixed, is balancing going to be an issue?

Yes, balancing is always an issue. After you put the new rubber on, you balance them. Just like the tires and wheels on your car.

Wow, the dips and such wouldn't cause strange balancing?

Dude, it can be corrected with balancing weights.

Can I bring it back, pleeeeeeeeeeeeease!

I spent about an hour going over the wheels today. I didn't really take any progress pics. But here is how much metal I ripped off. It consisted of a pliers to rip off all the loose metal and a wire wheel to get rid of all the corrosion.

I brought them to the tire shop and had them look at them before I went through with the swap. They said they did look pretty bad, but not the worst they have seen. They were pretty sure I wouldn't have any leaks since they would use a lot of bead sealer. They said they used a higher powered wire wheel on the tire machine to make them even better than I had them. Here are the results
