Default How do you keep a loose accelorator?

My accelorator was loose when I first drove my car after it was fixed. now it feel like its getting a little stiff. I like the loose accelorator feel. Is there any way I can adjust the accelorator to make it loose again?

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but in the owners manual it says the trottle body bolt or whatever can be lubricated? Or maybe that was a one time only thing after purchase of the new car....?
