True Car Nut
Epoxy, rivets and kitty hair. Good combo. That'* what I used to attach the sections of E39 fender to the front of my fenders.
Do you have an air powered long board? It would make knocking that kitty hair down a little easier.

No, I don't have one of those, the long board I have is a hand board. I have a air DA sander that will get me close, then it'* good old elbow grease.

Found them on Ebay, but now can't find them again. Some place out of Florida called ImportZX
Edit: Found them, but no WS6 scoop.
http://stores.ebay.com/ImportZX__W0QQ_fsubZ1719499
Edit again.
Found their web site. http://importzx.ho8.com/scoops.htm
Keep something in mind. This is the second scoop I ordered from them. The first I got was damaged. They said send it back and will ship me another. they never did ship it, and instead refunded me the cost of the scoop and I ended up eating the $40 shipping charge. Customer support was not good at all.

Picked up more Bondo hair and another can of Bondo.
Finished glassing everything in.
Dealing with the front runners.
Did some rough sanding and added another layer
All glassing and rough sanding done.
First layer of Bondo
Starting to take shape
Holy cow, lots of sanding.
Starting to smooth out nice.
More sanding.
Liking the look here, looks even. Going to take a lot of hand sanding,
Ya, that'* all from me.
