GXP Badge Color, Black & Red?
So cleaning up my trunk, I found some matching paint and masking tape...
What to do, what to do?
I decided it would be cool to paint the side door badges to make them black and red vs. the red and chrome
I only did one side, thought I’ll get some opinions about it before I proceed
Before
After
What do you guys think?
Ice or Rice?

X 2. I like the subtle fades in the OEM. One of those things I felt was done 'just right" as is. Save the paint and place some Northstar badges next to it, they really look good together.

It goes well with the theme of your car that'* for sure, but I personally like them chrome better. Black they just look too, plastic/cheap looking. Maybe in person they look different so I can't really tell and could be way off, but still, I like shiny things so the chrome is just personal preference.
Either way does look nice though!
