ZZP put a n/a 3.8 into the 12'* with thier built 4T60-E So I think they can do it.
Dynotech also builds 4T60-E'*.
You should really think about changing the solenoids along with that kit.
Heres a 2nd cluth pack with an extra steel plate.

3.43, 3.33, and 3.73 gears can all be used in the 4T60 using factory parts too.

I think what fantastic is getting at is that for the most part, those are OEM quality parts.
If they'd started with that kit on my trans, not much would have been used in the Zilla. I know DrJay'* build left alot of the kit too.
All my clutches are heavy duty, as are all my hard parts. Most of my seals were upgraded as well.
A full shift kit and all new solonoids were also installed. And my Diff was custom-built from scratch with all hardened parts.
