Trans is toast in my 97
......not yet...but..it slips now and then when u roll onto the throttle in first..doing what my 93 did..lol....its good till next summer if romp on it like my 93.....im still running this car at the track..and it needs a fluid change..hard to say though lol.
hahaha i cant wait..stage two.

im not concearned, i have many connections at work for it..
its got LOTS left..my 93 did this for a year before it even got worse..

Matt...Get the fluid changed up and you'll probably be good. With those low miles on that car..i'm sure it'* due for a change.
Afterall...it'* not a 4T60... the 65'* are proving themselves well as long as TM isn't removed.

Pan drop this weekend.
Probably old shitty fluid causing this...never ever been serviced.
Regardless..we will see lol..

I'm glad that you added the cooler from the 93...
But even the 65-E'* will heat up the fluid...
Once the fluid id oxodised the tranny can get clunky abd develop some shudders.... Change the fluid and filter now, and do it again in a few months... see if it helps
