Well, today was the day. Started off with changing my tires.
The before picture.
The parts are coming off easy
Off with the supercharger.
All gone, now on to the LIM.
Got that off with no problems. A small amount of coolant got in to the valley. Whipped it up best I could.
102k miles, yep, time to change these.
Cleaning up the heads.
Gaskets in place and read to close up.
Because I saw some coolant in the valley I poured some cheep oil to rinse what ever I didn't whip up away.
You can see there was still a little left.
New ported LIM is in place.
All torqued
Intercooler set in place.
Supercharger in place and torqued,
Fuel rails in place.
Not real happy with this. Fuel rail touches the alternator.
Had to gently persuade the fuel rail a bit.
Most things are back in place.
All back together. Still need to hook up the cooling lines for the intercooler.
A little video of the engine. Didn't run it long because no cooling lines on the heat exchanger.

Tomorrow I'm changing the oil, sparks plugs, and filling the intercooler. Then I will clean it up and then run a scan so I can start tuning.

I hope to hit the track this year. I suspect with a good tune I can get deep in to the 13s. My goal is to break in to the 12s. might be out of my reach right now, but it'* still my goal.
