It'* already been engineered for left and right hand drive, which makes things a whole lot easier

With the reliability, popularity, and availability of replacement parts, 3800s will live on for a LONG time. And a 3800 in a Solstice? The 2.0 SIDI motor in the GXP is worlds ahead of the L67, while being MAJORLY capped. An LS2 would be lighter then an L67 anyways, and those fit just fine...
One thing to clear up guys, the Grand Prix name plate is going away in 08, but this new G8 is coming to replace it and the Bonne then. SO the GP is going away, but there'* still a midsize poncho that'll be around..
