I would agree with most in here, I believe you overreacted. Spitting is quite childish and if your children saw it I hope you talked to them about it. Anyway, Firestone does suck, they overcharge and break stuff so they can charge to fix it. I brought my car in one time and they broke a simple thing like my wiper blade to they could rip me off.

o.k i want this to be known..
i do no i am totally wrong for spitting at someone in front of my kids, and i do no im wrong for using some profanity but i aldo do feel that im not wrong for hitting the one guy because he started to approach me with his hands out.. not in fist but out like he was going to wrestle me.. so i defended myself like any of you'* would have done no matter how many times you'* say you would have done different..
you'* honestly expect me to believe any of you'* would have let them put thier hands on you.. i dont think so.. and even the cops agreed with me and thats why they did not lock me up even tho firestone wanted to press charges..
also the cops said private property or not they have no right to take my money and just threaten me off their property like i was'nt a paying customer who deserved an explanation as to why my car was worse when i got it back..
the cops siad they tried to get rid of my because they had a guilty mind knowing that they screwed my car up and would'nt take responsibility for it

What they MIGHT have done could happen in a grocery store. You MIGHT get touched or even sucker-punched in the frozen food aisle.
They didn't touch you. That being the case, what you did was not only illegal, but immature and irresponsible.
I gaurantee you that if this goes to court, your physical response WILL be brought up. I suggest you cut and run now. If it'* proven in court that you did spit on them, you will be facing criminal and civil charges if you press the issue yourself in court.

also the state of pennsylvania is a common wealth state who can make up the law as the want but more do they value and treasure their tax paying citizens and also they do not take lightly to the act of crininal robbery in this state.. and my wife contacted the (BBB) and they said they were willing to show all the complaint they recieved againbst that particular firestone in the last year alone... they would'nt give me a # but they said it was alot of complaints
