Exhaust input request.....Bonneville timeline!!!
Ok, here'* the exhuast. I need trim level and year, and I'd like to include the number and type of O2 sensor(*) if possible, also if there is a resonator.
Example:
1995 SSEi, dual pre-heated O2 sensors, resonator, single in/dual out Muffler.
Did I even get that one right? You get the picture. Lets have it guys! Fun stuff...toys, options, etc will be next!

I'll start with the 93 SSE and SSEi.....
Single non-preheated O2 sensor, no resonator, single in/dual out muffler.
Pretty sure 92 is the same, 94 similar, but used a single preheated O2 and no resonator?

Yes it'* still stock, except for the CAT which I've removed. BTW: No resonator either on the stock system! The SSE/SSEi for 92 has dual out too but one pipe goes to L/Rear & other goes to R/Rear. The SE outlets are on the passenger side of the muffler while, the SSE/SSEi'* outlets are on either side of the muffler!

I think 89 might have been the last year for the ORC converter... And 90 was the first for the TWC converter.... I coud be wrong about the years...
94 was the last year for the single sided double oulet muffler on theSE. As of the 95 SE it was a single outlet muffler all the way through 99.. And I think the headers were used from 87 through 94... The 3800 II engines have the mainfolds instead..... Your has headers doesn't will? I am also sure Deathrat has them too.....
Don't quote me on all of this

You got me on the converters. Maybe the Rat can help there, too. I know what TWC is, but what the hell is ORC? Sounds good on the SE exhaust, but did the 95SSEi have headers still, since it was still SeriesI? Stands to reason. Yes, I have headers....and they should have been from 92-94 SE and SSE, 92-95 SSEi. Right?

ALL 3800'* came with GM Factory Headers! GM call them manifolds though in their database so to **** up us partsmen & keep us on our toes! Speaking of how really hard it is to look stuff on the GM Database see if you guys would get this! CAPSULE = Sealed Beam Headlight
Module, Sensor & Switch sometimes interchange
Fuel Pumps are in 2 groups with 2 different P/N'*!
Medium Duty Truck Groups can be different than Light Duty Trucks/Cars!
BTW: GROUPS are the different catagories that parts are grouped in.
Group 00 = Engine, Clutch
01 = Oil, Cooling System, Grill
02 = Chassis Wiring, Lamps
03 = Fuel, Exhaust, Carburation
04 = Trans, Brakes
05 = Brakes, Rear Axle, Propeller Shaft, Wheels
06 = Front Suspension, Steering
07 = Frame, Springs, Shocks, Bumpers
