This isn't a mechanical problem, and I can't tell from your post if this is your car or not, so I'm moving this to General Chat.
There are many combinations, some more uncommon than others. If you have RPO code H4U on your spare tire cover, you have an SLE. One of many on the forum.

Rare? No. Nothing about the 92-99 Bonnevilles is 'rare'.
Uncommon, yes. The SLE in my sig is probably just as uncommon or even more.
Uncommon like only about 600 40th Anniversary SSEi'* in 97.

Ok, i've already saw one of those 40th anniversary Bonneville I didn't think it was really uncommon!
I'm able to get an SSEi I don't know the exact year but it'* a 96-99 ! The car is Pretty and has only 86 000 Miles on it ! The only option that is missing its the Power Seat with those many position to adjust both seat ! BUT It has the Sunroof ! The color is Sand-Beige with the Tan Interior, seat'* are in good shape but the dash is dry !
I forgot to tell you guy'* I remember my Bizarre option on the SE ! Here the list
Electronic Heater Control
Rear Suspension, w/ Computer Command Ride; w/ level control
Front Suspension, w/Computer Command Ride; w/ level control
Green Leather Interior : Door Panel'* and Seat'*
Perform Ride + Touring Ride Option ( In Common with the CCR )

The only thing that is unusual is the Majestic Teal interior. It'* not "rare" per say, just not something you see all that often. AFAIK it was only available with the Majestic Teal exterior, which isn't the most common to start with, and many of those had tan interiors.
The rest of your option list goes with the SLE package. Check your RPOs for the code H4U.

So you have CCR, ECC, and Green.
The SLE in my signature is:
Supercharged with SSEi dual exhaust outlets
Sunroof
ECC
CCR
FE2 (SSEi) suspension
ELC (electronic level control) with trunk inflator
(from the factory)
Nothing 'bizarre' about your option list at all. Uncommon, but not bizarre or rare. And the 40th anniversary you saw isn't necessarily uncommon unless it'* an SSEi. They made quite a few SE'*.
4,935 SE'* (some of which had the SLE package, unknown number)
1,521 SSE'* (none supercharged)
637 SSEi'*
Production numbers are here:

About your signature on SLE :

Sunroof
ECC
CCR
FE2 (SSEi) suspension
ELC (electronic level control) with trunk inflator
I have all the thing in BOLD !
And the SLE doesn't have the Supercharge, only few SE'* Trim Model got a supercharge and there'* a Tag on the truck that tell it only ( check on the net you'll find about it ) SLE = Sport Luxury Edition so it'* the SE with more option, the SSE = SSEi W/o the Supercharged Engine ![/b]

Moparfans, I admire your excitement in your car, but none of that stuff is horribly uncommon. We have another SLE on the Forum with your options as well (other than mine).
I'm just trying to explain to you that those are factory options, and your car is equipped similarly to others here.
The SLE package is very well known to us. It'* designated by RPO code H4U on your RPO label. It wasn't 'badged' until 1998 for the first time, but was first available in 1993.
The number of supercharged SLE'* is unknown for each year, and it wasn't possible to have an L67 on an SE unless it ALSO had the SLE (H4U) package. Supercharged SSE'* in 1993 and Supercharged SLE'* from 95-97 did not come with a boost gauge. They have a voltmeter in place of it.
