Right click on the page and hit Refresh..
Not on the actual text entry page, those you just have to memorize, otherwise you'll lose everything yout type (Which I've noticed happens if I just select an emoticon. But it'* probably just the way our computers are set up at work)

try this... Right click and save as on one of the animated gif'*. Save it where ever yu want to. Now try to open just that file with internet explorer. Does it move then? or still stand still?
Also..what version of IE are you running? (assuming it is IE)

Click Tools>Internet Options>Advanced and look for "Play animations in web pages" down towrds the bottom of the list
That should make this
really annoying again...
