The good news is that INTENSE gets their pushrods from a vendor here in Oregon.
And they supply the pushrods for Richard Childress Racing. Former team owner of the legendary Intimidator, #3, and currently Keven Harvick, Jeff Burton, and Clint Bowyer. #29, #31, #07 in the Cup Series.

Some final dimensions should put me in business.

I've got one of the rods with me, the rest are an hour away. I'll measure it and my set of replacements tonight if I can find some calipers at work.

Excellent. And the diameter of the oil hole. Length, rod diameter, ball radius or diameter, oil passage diameter.

These pushrods should be in stock at the source.

The new source will be happy to provide us with S1 pushrods. Chromoly performance replacements in either oil-restricted or not.

They're happy to oblige, and I did confirm the NASCAR supplier issue. Thanks to INTENSE for the suggestion!

I need someone to send me one, or to grind the ball end in half (cross-section) to confirm oil restricted or not. We're assuming not, but need to confirm.

Ball end? There'* a ball on both ends. The hole in the end is the narrowest part of the hole. How can you determine if it'* OR?

If it narrows, it'* OR. I need the passage diameter AND the exit diameter. Restricted on both ends? If you need that rod, I can replace it later when I pull mine.
