Bill, drop that rear bumper cover in a flat-rate box to Oregon for me. It'll save me from having to paint mine.

Why, an how do you come across these cars. Ive read the whole thread and Im amazed. Im really befuddled. That'* alot of work. I don't get it. Is it all to sell the parts? Is there that much of a market for parts, or was it just a great deal. I don't get it. I looked for part one but couldnt find it. Help me understand. I get the fun part and buddies, but why? And just Wow. It was nothing but a frame. That is some serious stripping of a car.

saw the car in the paper for cheapish

a member needed a door and a hood in that color....

and i also took "some" parts off it

It worked out for both of us in the end

and the market for parts is slim.....ppl post they want stuff and then dont respond when you actually have the parts

I opened the local freebie paper that they throw on the driveway to annoy me. (Usually used for packing material). 93 SSEi $500/BO Parts/fix.

Pat called...we looked it over. Guy had started pulling parts. But for a bit over our offer he would include all the parts he took off.

Pass on his amount.

Morty had an accident and already needed a hood, now a door too. Against my suggestions because the car lacked many parts at that point and most of the saleable items like the headlights were broken when we saw it....they got the car.

Deal was..they could use my garage and I'd probably help a little. Parts should leave pretty quick and that way they both had parts for their projects.

I can't have something needing to be done like that and not jump in with both feet. We gutted it in about 25-30 hours total. Then sent the carcass away.

People who said they wanted parts might be getting PM'* from me soon fo finalize the deals they have made and assist Pat in sending out the parts.

Pat and Morty did it. They wanted parts.... Morty needed a new hood and door, which unfortunately are getting hauled off to the scrap heap later today on the now totalled car.

Pat has aspirations to one day have his car look like an SSE/SSEi with HUD and all.

Many people jumped for parts and now delivery can begin.
