Lots of issues.
93 didn't get roller rockers on ALL 3800'*.
1993 saw NO change in compression ratio for either engine.
Larger pulley in 94 to increase power?
1996 didn't provide more boost. PSI remained the same. It just spun slower.
Just in these few regards, quite an inaccurate article. And I didn't even read the whole thing.

I labeled it decent due to the fact that there was some vague/conflicting information but definitely had some good info as well.
