I don't know if this would be considered off topic lounge material or not, I guess that'* why we have admins, but...
Alas, whatever happened to the “good ol’ days”, when automakers put those little touches in their cars that just finished them off. Take my daughter’* ’63 Star Chief, for instance. The headliner and visor material has little starts stamped in it. And check out this classic high beam indicator – and Indian head silhouette! Is that COOL or what? Anybody else got a beam indicator this bodacious?

that is cool! Unfortunately, I think there'* certain standards that must be met now-a-days by carmakers so that they cannot do that sort of thing anymore. Things need to be universal so people can figure them out. :(
