A better socket and one long azz bar for leverage. Ya, I've bent a few Craftsman tools in my day and feel your pain. IMO torches often make things worse. Find a way to increase you ability to to deliver torque the the socket. i.e., longer cheater bar.

With my dad'* SSE, he split a socket <non impact>, and smoked an electric impact gun also trying to get it off. The magic answer was an impact 6 point socket, a 24" breaker bar, and a whole lot of swearing, with a man driving a pry bar into the flywheel to keep the engine from moving. I wonder if that bolt will survive the encounter at that rate though...

Can you wedge the breaker bar on something and use the engine to break it loose. Sometimes tapping the starter and cranking the engine will break the da*n thing loose. I have done this before.

When really stubborn I use a good impact socket and a heavy breaker bar. Wedge the breaker bar in to the sub frame and lower control arm. Then try with the starter. If this does not work. Ahh, well, start the engine and shut it right back off. Make sure NO ONE has there arms in there, or standing near by.

Splitting the socket with the breaker bar is no small task, and I think this job is beyond the starter bump. I hope the bolt remains intact.
