This is a classic symptom of bad struts/shocks. Springs bounce by nature. There is no reason to change springs unless they can no longer perform their job or you are looking for a different spring.

Meanwhile, bring your car to a mechanic and ask for a list of things wrong with it. My feeling is you will find the struts are bad and possibly there are a few mechanical items you need to bring up to speed.

Then your springs are shot, too. Every car I've owned, when the shocks or struts went bad, but the springs were still good, bounced.
