Want a cool shirt I can wear and be proud to make, not just something cheap and crappy like what you see the suspects wearing on "COPS"...

If you can't post the image that you created, email it to someone on the forum that has a web page or something. I think we'd all want to see the ideas. Anyone want to host this image that salserin69 has?

I'd be happy to host an image, as long as it'* not to huge. if it is huge, i can make it small and host it anyway. Just e-mail me and I can make it happen.

Also, I have posted this in another thread, but here'* one of my ideas for a sticker:

I'm thinking for the rearmost side window.

I dunno, this gives me nightmares of having housewives in SUVs asking me where they can get a copy of that for the window of their Excursion...

Nicely executed graphics, tho, really. Probably good enough to get nastygrams from GM landsharks about it!

Hey Jon

Instead of Bigger is Better..how bout Luxury with Attitude? that is Pontiacs' slogan for the Bonneville, then have the website addy at the bottom....with the spearhead logo at the side like you are showing....

Better? worse?

I don't mean to be a wet blanket here, and _I_ am certainly not going to say anything to the Powers That Be about it, but the closer you come to imitating GM intellectual property, the more likely you are to get nastygrams from GM attorneys about it.

I really don't think anyone'* going to sue you unexpectedly, but it is possible that you may hear from someone who does not take No for an answer, and so it might be good to see if someone at GM will grant permission first -- _before_ some net-surfing legal beagle discovers it.

WillWren? I'm sure GM is aware of this site in general already; what do they say about their trademark usage?

I like it! but the lawyer issue is a problem. The "bigger is better" thing was a kinda-sorta play on the "wider is better" thing the GP people have going.

With the lawyer types in mind, maybe we should come up with something completely non-GM, something that expresses the "spirit of the pontiac bonneville throughout it'* various body types". "luxury with attitude" was darn good, but it'* taken. Although i'm not really sure that GM would mind, since we're still referring to their car, and if they sued us it might kinda **** off an entire loyal group of GM people.

Until we know for sure that GM won't go postal on us, give me some good generic ideas, and i'll see how they look in photoshop (as time permits, gotta spend some time with da wife - i like da wife. ).
