Yep, no MAF on this sucker just a MAP sensor and a TPS.
It'* 7pm (sat) over here at the moment and with the olympics tying up the TV Channels there'* not much to watch, and I ain't got no stinking cable.
I think we may be able to make up something similiar for the Series-I using the NA lower intake and six trumpets.
The line starts here.
PS: I'm not a business, just a crazy V6 guy who races on the upside down half of the planet.

Yeah I thought I saw a MAP sensor bolted to the firewall. I just recently had to play with my TPS to get it to read right. I was getting less than 3.5v at WOT and 0 at idle, bad mojo. A little spacer fixed that right up.
Bleh, I've never watched the olympics....just can't get into it. Thats why I like having cable internet, custom entertainment at my fingertips
Hah, you make me want a n/a just to see that under my hood! I'd love to see someone here try it.

Unfortunately If you don't have cable TV the free to air channels are just full of the olympics, Australia is very big on the sports, just wait and see how many medals we win for a country of just 20 million people. I don't mind some of it but but not 24/7 for two weeks.
I really need to get cable, both internet and TV.
Did the Pontiac'* and Buicks go to MAF sensors after 1995 like we did? All our LS1'* over here are getting speed density tunes (MAFless tunes we call it), but there are not many that are doing it for the V6 while keeping the standard computer. That'* OK though because we've got some excellent aftermarket computers, actually some of them are plug in'* for our cars. What does you ECU look like? Maybe I've just found another couple of toys for you guys? Only for non electronic boxes though.

Oh no, we started MAF'* way earlier. I have a '93 and its got one, 92 does also. I'm not sure how far back it goes though. Edit: hah, thats what I get for not paying attention to details. Didn't catch your last sentence

You've got plug-in'* for the series-II? Hell yeah, who makes them?
What about the 88-91 guys, are they electronic trans as well?
I run a Haltech plug-in in my car, called the E6GM which allows realtime laptop tuning. As for custom chips, we've got quite a few of those guys as well. In fact one of the best in Australia is just one block up from our office location, and he'* the guy who tunes my car everytime I fiddle with it.
Can you pull the MAF'* off your cars and tune them without for less airflow restriction?
Mates, there is so much available over here I just can't remember it all, every now and again I recall a product which is as common as anything over here and think, "I wonder if they have that?"
So who'* the fastest of the series-I'* over there both supercharged and NA?

http://www.intense-racing.com on the left click on PCM/Ignition/Electronics it'll be the 2nd one down. There'* more places I'm sure but I don't dabble much in the Series II area. One place to look around for that info would be www.clubgp.com Thats where the 11second Series II guys hang out. Great source of info on II'*.
Someone came in here the other day and posted a website to a company that offers real-time tuning for Series I'*. www.tunercat.com I believe it was.
There are options to use other less restrictive MAF sensors such as one from a camaro but I haven't heard of anyone successfully removing one. Of course this requires a custom PCM.
Its funny sometimes I think of things I would like to have and wonder, "Do they have that?" haha

Fastest Series 1'* are just being determine right now. I think BonneMeMn (one of the Jasons) may have the fastest NA recorded track time right now, but nobody has really played around with them yet. Same thing with the supercharged. Not many have reliable track times (2 of us ran at a recent West Coast meet in HORRIBLE track conditions), but the Supercharged Series 1 is also broken into 2 categories. 92/93 were listed at 205hp/260tq (however the 93 was almost certainly higher than the 92, regardless of the lack of rating change) and the 94/95 were 225hp/270 tq I think. We have Some Series 1 SC cars in the mid-high 14'* and even some 16'* for totally stock.
DrJay is gonna change that soon
