i heard what it stood for at one time long long ago but have since forgotten and on the monte carlo board many of us have tried to figure it out with no success...

the heck does SSEi stand for?

Super Sport Edition...and the i...i can't remember what the "i" stands for anymore.

it doesnt stand for anything, and neither does sse, super sport edition sound cool...but if you want just make something up, inducted works..

heh...typical newbie question. According to GM the only trim level term that means anything is SLE (Sport Luxury Edition)

LE, SE, SSE, SSEi, give it yer best shot

haha...we were goin off of things like

rs - ralley sport
ss - super sport
ls - luxury sport and also landau sport
le - limited edtion

kinda a bummer...i could have sworn that there was a proper designation for it.

that'* what I refer to them as.. honestly I have found a lot of company'* make zero sense when they come up with trim levels.. they just pull random characters out of their ***.. except SSE sounds badass
