I couldn't see the rear drains from above (really didn't look very hard before removing the headliner). This is ho I found mine. You will see that they were not connected which was part of my water problem. The other problem was door seals and "rain guargs" I call them. the black pieces of plastic alond the roof and body above the doors.

And the same thing for the front, too. Although your leak is certainly coming from the rear. Remove your rear seat bottom. You're soaked under there, I bet. Maybe even in the spare tire well in the trunk.
Remove the A and C pillar interior trim panels like the Big Dawg mentioned earlier.

both rear drains on my SSEi came out once..what a mess...it caused very little water on the floor however, just soaked the headliner and there was water all over the leather seats. My concearn might be that you have a leak coming in from either the trunk or under the back seat, turns out i had a rust hole the size of a quarter, that caused ALOT of water!
rear seat comes out easy enough, if the underlay is really wet, id almost reccommend cutting it out, and replacing it or washing it really well as it will cause a nasty odor after it dries out...TRUST ME lol.
and remember..dont have to much fun....lol
