He said he had to replace his engine cover, it was like $4-600USD? I dunno, nice car, but why not save up for an even better car? It is a good deal though. But yes an audi will be about 2x as much to get fixed/worked on then a bonnie.

My mom has one
My mom has a 2003 Audi A4 and the 1.8T engine in it. I alos work at a Mercedes and Audi dealership here in Toledo, Oh. The engine has always come with 170 H.P. and about 170 Torque. From teh H.P. rating you would not think the car is that quick, but my 97 SSE can barely hang with it and the A4 pulls away after about the first 8 seconds when we race the cars. Also we just order a bbost control chip that can control teh boost level and will bump the car SAFELY to over 200 H.P. The car is going to fly then! We had the same boost control tuner on our 2001Audi TT too. That was a fun car!!! Just though you'd like to know everyone!

My stepdad has been selling Audi and Mercedes for 12 years and the earlier A4'* actually had 160 H.P. It was only listed lower for insurance reasons. I have some copys of older window stickers from 96'* even that state that it has 160 horse if you get the sport model. The regualr premium package only said it had 150 horse, but trust me it was ten more than that The new A4'* are rated at 185 horse with the sport and 170 with the premium package only, once again, insurance I am pretty sure. At least that is what my stepdad tells me
