my denso runs very well, and it was easier/ cheaper to come by than AC delco

Have you tried ebay yet? I have bought a couple new in the bag AC Delco o2 sensors for under $35 with BUY IT NOW including shipping and they at my door in no more than 3 days.

just checked, borg-warners for 25 shipped, ac-delco'* for 72.

Personally I have never had an Issue with NTK(NGK) 02 sensors, I ran one in all three of my Bonevilles, mileage went up, car ran generally good, they one in my 97 has about 4000 miles on it currently. IMO its a cheaper alternative that won't cost you hundreds in fuel loss.

I can tell you from personal experience that the Borg Warners will not last longer than a few months in a super-charged engine. It did OK in my son'* L36 for a couple of years.
