The lenses both have water in them now... the drivers side one is almost 1/2 full.
I was thinking about emptying the water and sealing them.... but thinking about it more, I think I'm going to drill a small hole in the bottom of each and provide a drain for the water.

Buddy of mine has them and hasnt had any problems, but I dont see myself buying a pair. Ive got a set of PiAAs Im going to install w/o that ring. If I decide to neon the front grill, I will get angel eyes probably, but I havent been too impressed after the comments in this thread. I live in michigan, so we get all the extremes inside a week or less.

Both of my Cyber Whits have a tiny hole in the bottom...

Best way to seal up that relay would be a ballon. RC cars use them to cover the electronics and it'* a cheap effective method.
Go to local party store and buy a couple of high quality thick balloons.

im on my second set, the first set broke the day i got them, i ran the fogs all day and it was rather cold out, then i went home to wash the car and the cold water on the hot lense made them crack.. Ive had this second set going on a year with no issues, except one of the bulbs burned out a couple weeks ago.
