Those are the ones! What is the deal with the rings? Why don't they work very well?

all they are are gel caps.......makes them very dim and hard to see......i took them off.....plus i just never use em.....the 2X $7.99 hyper white bulb makes up for it appearance wise

Maybe I should just stick to my Xenon Brilliant white bulbs!
