Didn't have to. I mentioned that he works at a dealership earlier, and that made him able to get the title two or three days from now .
I'm satisfied with waiting until this weekend to buy it, but any longer and it might be a little more annoying, because my 92 and my moms Monte Carlo both need plates on the 15th this month.
A little off-topic, but if you happen to live in Logansport, IN don't take your car to the Mike Anderson dealership on the east end of town for a coolant flush or anything out of the ordinary maintenance of oil changes. My mom took her car there about a month ago and asked for a coolant flush, and hey claimed they did it. She told me her check engine light was on, and she asked for my bottle of Prestone 50/50 (green, used it before I got the heater core replaced in the 92). told her it wouldn't mix with Dex, popped the radiator cap, and stuck my finger in, and got a finger full of sludge off the wall of the rad. Needless to say, I won't be going there for any of my maintenance, and she'* going to give them a call, because this isn't the first time they screwed something up on her car.
