Heck anything can be done, Its just how much time and money you have or want to spend
Im taking all your guys input and going, its not a big deal to make a bracket but you keep saying i Cant.
But brackets can be maid, things can be done, just have to engineer it sense its never been done before
Also there probably more then one right way to do this.
Pat arnt you going to do it, So why don't we both do it and see what happens, see what works and what doesn't.

If anybody else wants it done I will do it at my work for 4-6hours of shop time. shop time is 65/hour. not cheap but I only have the tools to do this at my work. If you own an air saw a die grinder and bench grinder and dremel . and have 1-2 days off . go for it. It is not impossible. I ordered the HID kits from a guy on ebay. 2 6500K kits were 529 with shipping included. I'll try to get some more pics for you guys.
So I guess you like it.

Thats cool, but the time+labour+cost? for me its not adding up to worthwhile results. I appreciate the effort, but it seems to be a lot of effort without a big change to the look.
A brand new set of 92-95 HL assemblies would do it.
But thats just me.
At a quick glance, I dont see much of a difference.

The 92-95 HL are the same price as the 96-99, so for me, i go, why the heck not
I already done AL7'*, Dash w/ HUD, Cleared Tails, Deleted Chrome.... so the labor isn't a big deal to me.
But if pat and i can figure out a "easy" way to do this, i think it shouldn't be so bad for others to do, Because it is a fact the the clear lens does put out more light then cut glass on any style of light.

The lens on my 96 appear to be held together with clips and are probably sealed together somehow. can you just change the lenses? if someone can seperate corners and tales, then there must be a way to do HL as well. just throwing out an idea, good luck.
