The U bend is typically the Thrasher/Intense/Pulley Boys version. The ZZP version Dan and I have is serious looking as you mention. Pullies still bend a little though.

It'* an intense puller, I've seen the ZZP puller and it'* the same price I paid (or cheaper) than the "INTENSE" piece of crap. Like I said, I wish I had heard of ZZP back then :P After I get my Intercooler on I will be getting rid of the "INTENSE" modular pulley I have to, and drop it down to a smaller ZZP pulley.

I was hoping that was the case. Although I may have them port the supercharger while I'm up, so I'm assuming they would give me a rebuilt one rather than trying to do mine. I've got a few other things I want to get done (headers, brakes, magnaflow resonator (not completely happy with the no resonator sound). Brakes and headers I might be able to do with some help from rockstar *hint hint*, Intercooler is probably over my head.
We both need to go up for tuning though, I know I'm running lean going into 3rd, and I'm sure with the plog and now this he'* in need of a few adjustments.

If you need any porting done, I can help you there.
No rez makes the car sound raspy.
Intercooler install is easy. It'* just a plate between the supercharger and LIM, and a radiator. Then you have a coolant pump and two wires. It'* a few hours to install, but nothing really hard.

I wanted to have the inlet and outlet ported, then put on the intercooler. If you are interested in a project, I believe you are only 2 hours away from me. I like to do the work myself, but unfortunately I'm an IT support specialist, not a mechanic (although I try really hard).
Yea, I wish ZZP would have told me about that, but I guess I did say I was more concerned with performance than sound.

Well, I just finished porting a supercharger, I'm about to post it for sale. If your interested we can do a swap plus cash.
If you don't mind driving, I'm about a hour north of Milwaukee. I have no problem installing your intercooler for a small fee.

ymmot04@gmail.com is my email so you can send me the details, how much are we talking? That would work out great. I'll have the car back in 2 weeks hopefully, and get some pictures posted of that 4 month project. I can pay you for the supercharger so you can hold it for me, and then assuming the stage 3 is back in stock soon, I can get that ordered and should be able to drive out and make a day of it. Do you have any suggestions on the Intercooler? I'm assuming I'll need to either order, or have you port the lower intake as well?

Please be careful with a ZZP tune. I know of a site or two that literally say if you want a blown motor, get a ZZP PCM.
