1998 ssei spec assistance pls
hello i just recently bought my first bonneville, its a '98 ssei with the 3800 series II */c. it came with 45,000 miles on it, fully loaded with every option on it for $9,500. now what i am wondering is if paying $9,500 was a good idea or not? i really have no idea of the value or capabilities of this car. please inform me. all i really know about this car is its front wheel drive, has 240hp, and has 280ft-lbs of torque. now i am also wondering what are the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times for this car? any information, or corrections provided would be very appreciated. thanks for your time

you are totally correct on the HP figures on your car....your car has ALOT of potential...
you car will run about 14.7-9 in totally stock form....there are some Bonnevilles that are running in the mid-low 13'* in these cars

The time Pat just posted for you is the FASTEST that a stocker has run. You will likely run around 15.0-15.1 seconds at about 92-95mph.
I personally think you paid somewhat on the high end, even with the miles, but in the end, you have a sweet ride with low miles in your driveway.
