Got the belt replaced this weekend, 730 was a tight fit but it was a fit. I took it out for a test run hoping to finally get to see what she could do. No more belt slip, but now it'* giving me the same type of high rpm misfiring I was getting a while back. I'm assuming its got to be the MSD coil packs again. I've got a brand new set of stock coil packs I'm going to swap in when I get it back out of the shop.

I've chewed through a couple stock coils over the years.... coil pack issues are easy to fix, but soooo annoying.

High speed misfire could be preignition. What kind of plugs are you running?

I was working on a supercharged Lotus and he had the same problem. A sputter at high RPM. I suggested colder plugs and the problem went away.

That is a bit cold, 104 would be better. I don't expect a cold plug to cause a stutter. Are you picking up any KR?

I've been talking headers with Trent, and I'm liking the two piece design of the ZZP stainless headers. I should be able to have a set of headers delivered before the car comes back out of the shop.
