... For those members who have been banned. I have been told from one such member that there is no contact info to get a hold of the administrators to discuss the ban and it'* duration.

i have also contacted an administrator inquiring about the duration for this person, and was told that the member has not made an effort to contact them. I have since asked the admin a couple times if I could get information to pass along to this person, but so far have been ignored.

I'm gonna lock this one for now.

Banning is a punishment. It'* not supposed to be 'easy' on the banned member.

However, I've never known of a banned member that failed to contact an Admin offline if/when they chose to.

Geoff, I'd say this is HIS problem, not yours. If he wants to contact an Admin, I'm sure he'll find a way. The path he chose was his. Not yours or mine.
