The bottom line is that it was put here to get the immediate attention of the members. It worked. Just because it didn't work for you two, doesn't mean we're going to change how we operate as an Admin or Moderator team.

We'll definitely take your thoughts into consideration for next time.

Now, back on topic.

Delete cookies, then my home page needs to be completely re-customized, then I need to re-log into all my forums. At least an hours work.

Several of the other forums I frequent have a button in the "log in" page like this:

Login problems? Reset the cookie used by this board.
Is it possible to do that here?

Search for "bc" or "bonnevilleclub.com" in your cookies to delete just it.
