Default What'* the best aftermarket supercharger coupler?

It'* not my intent to have anyone publicly recommend against buying couplers from one of the 3 highly recommended suppliers, so please don't see this as a negative inquiry, but...

I need to buy at least one more coupler for an M62 supercharger.
Should I buy the couplers from zzperformance, rollingperformance, or texasthunderbirds?
What are the functional differences?
Personally, I'm looking for the one with the longest lifespan. And if one design is quieter than the others, that'd be useful for me to know also.

Thanks.

i have only bought the zzp. It is identical in shape and feel to the factory one. Seems like a good quality product.

OEM lasts about 100k.

Any of the three you list should last longer. I believe RP uses ZZP.

Texas Thunderbirds has a much longer track record with Eatons compared to the other two.

I would go with the one thats the cheapest. As was already said, OEM lasts ~100k, and all the aftermarket ones should be more than that, so you can't go wrong with any of them. We have a ZZP one on the SSEi, we put it on at 70k, and at 160k we've had no problems.

Ive changed a few and I have always used the ZZP. I Have one in a vehicle now that I still work on and it has 200.000 on the coupler.....and its still Quiet!! Remember...Changing the oil is part of regular maintanance and helps save you money in the long run.

The ZZP looks identical to stock. I would think they are all made to the same physical specifications and will all look identical in all ways except maybe color.

Same spec'* as stock but better material. Hence the different color.
