I need M62 needle bearing grease?
I would like some info on what would be a good alternative grease for the two needle bearings inside my m62 supercharger? I know about the Nye reotemp 500 grease that originally came inside the bearings. I contacted them about getting a sample but this stuff is very expensive. About $50.00 bucks for 30 cc. I hope someone can give a good alternative or maybe someone could sell me some of their remaining grease if they have any left. Help me out ?

I searched for a viable alternative at great length on 2 occasions. Nobody could reccommend or even begin to suggest one. It'* very specialized stuff.
The cost effective smart solution is to buy new needle bearings that are already pre-packed.

Intense sells some for $9.99 - go to [induction/fuel system] ---> [supercharger grease].
Also I heard Redline sells grease that can be used for supercharger bearings but don't know the part number sorry.

Hello willwren . I am glad you replied. Your my favorite guy on this message board. I hope you could give me some info. I have a 95 Riv and I was thinking about just buying the needle bearings for the rotors like you said. If you could help me with the part numbers for these and where to get these. I have a 105000 miles on the supercharger and have everything taken apart . How do you get those needle bearings out. I see two holes on the underside of tthe supercharger where the needle bearings are. Ive heard of someone using grease zerks in these two holes and pumping the bearings out? Whats your opinion on this. Also if you could give me the other bearing part numbers and where to get them. Also what would you recommend As a product to seal the Nose cone to the other housing. Hope you can help me out. I have had the charger off for over a month debating on the cheapest way to rebuild it and initially was just going to clean it and replace the coupler. Any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

or TexasThunderbirds. All are great sources for the bearings and seals.
You need a 1/8" NPT pipe thread tap to tap out the holes in the SC to fit a 1/8" NPT nipple with a grease fitting. Most of us rig our own up. They pop right out with a grease gun.
My fitting is a 3" 1/8npt nipple with a coupler, then the zerk.
Use the red gasket maker to seal the rotor plate to the housing as well as the nosedrive to the rotor plate.
