It will work with the stock belt, but whats so important about keeping the stock belt??? It might slip and to correct the problem you will need either a shorter belt or an oversized tensioner. If price is your worry, shop on ClubGP for a used pulley then you can get the belt as well because you will have money left over. I wouldn't change the pulley without changing the belt.

The dealer isn't going to notice the belt being the wrong size. What do you expect to go wrong with the car that you're so worried about? They are pretty reliable, I doubt you'll need anything major enough for them to worry about mods replaced on it anytime soon. Our '00 has 137k on it, it runs extremely strong and the only things we've had to do that weren't normal maintenance were two rear window motors (they all break), and a lower intake manifold gasket.

ok, im worried because i bought the car last year, i run it smooth, and heres the problem
i got since last year:
-1 bearing with the sensor(normal but$$)
-intermediate shaft(in way to be replace)
-Lower intake gasket(repaired 2 week ago)
-boost control solenoid(repaired 2 week ago)
-sensor behind the wheel(service stability system alert)in way to be replace
-tranny pressure solenoid(1811 code on checkengine)in way to be replaced
-another bearing (rear right)in way to be repplace but normal)
-like 3 "evap" code
-1 code "misfire" but i think it was because of the boost control solenoid, no check
engine since.
may be i get some reason to be anxious
i just hear good comment on bonneville, and since i get my boost control solenoid, the car is now fun to drive, was only running 16.4 when i got the car lol
thats why im askin so many question about the pulley.

ZZP press on pulleys are $76.13 canadian new... And you can usually find the pullies used on ClubGP for $40-50. Who cares if its used, since it is a pulley it develops virtually no wear, and as soon as you install it it'll be used anyways.

Yes, ZZ performance does have them for 59.99 US, or around $73 CDN with the conversion. Pay the shipping of at least $10 USD, duty (15%) (UPS handling charges or Fed Ex if applicable) and your way above $80 CDN.
In IMHO I am not over charging for the pulley. I would rather through it in the garbage than give it away.
