WORKING iPOD @ rear/remote CD 2001 SSEi
Does anyone have a "functioning" iPod using the rear remote CD connection. I've searched rather extensively and don't find anyone posting positive results.
I've studied the thread by "HAWKJET" regarding the addition of terminals to the C215 connector @ the instrument panel but he indicated there were issues that he wasn't happy with!
I've looked for "part 2" from him and can't find.
If you have, I'm interested in what you used for the electrical interface. I'd like to use the connector that "HAWKJET" used and I believe I can duplicate more precisely the sources that are at the rear/remote CD.
The car is an '01 SSEi with Bose! The iPod is an '09 32G Touch.
I thought this might "capture" more attention in the 2000+ section rather than the audio section so that I would receive more input from the correct generation of B'villes!
