Where is the passenger door lock relay??
Hello everybody, long time looker first time poster.
My door lock switches (drivers and passengers) only lock and unlock the drivers door. From read past posts I'm guessing it'* the passenger door look relay. Where is it? And if it'* in the kick panel wheres that, in the door or somewhere else.
Thanks bunch and have a good day
Oh and it'* a '95 SE

It *should* be under the passenger kick panel, which is the plastic covering underneath the dashboard.
Edit: it should be in the block with the other relays, you'll need a manual to know which is which.

Some years were under the driver'* seat & others under the dash on passenger side. Unfortunately the relay is for both sides so I doubt if its your problem. I'd check the switches.

Where is the passenger door lock relay??
Thanks Tech Ted, but don't think switches because both drivers and passengers switches will lock and unlock the drivers door ????

oh so you're saying the passenger lock itself is not working? well that sounds like a bad actuator. i'm not really sure if each door has an individual relay for each actuator, IIRC, its one main lock relay solenoid deal that works for all 4.

Let me see if I can shed some light on how the 92-95 RAC Module works..
It watches the Switch Outputs.... Say you were to unlock the Doors from the passenger side, The RAC would see this and apply power to the Drivers door lock relay at that time the other 3 doors should unlock as well.. It almost sounds as if the Main door lock relay may have failed( Under the drivers seat ) Or possibly you have a bad Rac Module, But even using the switch on the Passenger door should unlock all 4 doors..
Check the Door Lock relay under the seat first before we go any further..
Ted you have any more thoughts on this one?

Yeah - the keyless models have another relay that prevents the other 3 doors from unlocking when opening with the Remote Fob (when pressed once). Either the remote accessory module is constantly energizing this relay or the normally closed contacts on the relay have failed. Try switching the door lock isolation relay with the horn relay. Both are located in the relay center under the dash on the passenger side.

Hey that reminds me...
When you go to lock the doors, do all 4 of the doors lock? And yes it is possible for the Relay to be bad or the Rac module to be keeping the Relay energized( Bad rac in that case )
