The ones with the heated windshields have the 125. You could get a Delco 140amp unit, with lifetime warranty. Someone who has one will have more details. I suggest this route, because the lifetime warranty, is awesome.

is it possible to get too large of an alternator? I'm not questioning your reccommendation i'm just curious. Do you remember roughly how much the 140amp one was at advance?

alts have regulators that charge the battery when it needs it . plus it only can supply a certain voltage
