please keep me updated, mine still flickers but now all of my gauges work right, i think the wires are just a little loose, because it was a real pain to plug that harness back in and im not sure i got it all of the way in there

That'* what causes the flickering compass and driver information displays. The connections become slightly dirty inside the cluster. That'* why you have to unplug them and plug them back in several times.

So yes, you probably need to go in there again in the summer and do a little more disassembly and reassembly this time. OTOH, I found in my case that I only had flickering displays in really cold weather, not warm weather, but YMMV...

ITS FINALLY FIXED i think, i went in there and messed with the internal dic connection some more, then i used some rubbing alchohol on the big connections on the ouside. When i went out to plug it in i shook it around a little bit and it still worked, no flickering at all, ill have to wait until i get my liscence back and drive it around a little to find out for sure
