I've checked the fuses and everything is good. Relays good also. Anything i'm overlooking btw it'* on the 94 SSEi.

I don't know about the horn but there'* a chance (slight) that there might be an inline fuse that'* going into the radio that you overlooked. This would be more of a reality with an aftermarket unit.

I got the radio issue figured out. Still no horn though. Fuse in the main fuse box is ok. I"m gonna check the other fuse panel when I get a chance.

I'm happy with just an added an external microswitch,
on the console shifter.
I ran the wires to the relay'* coil connection (black wire)
and the other to ground.

The horn relay is activated by grounding it'* coil energizing the electromagnet, and therefore closing the main contacts. releasing the ground connection reverses the operation.
