no headlights no horn

no headlights no horn
I have a 85 bonneville the head lights will not come on the horn will not work either if I try to turn on the headlights or sound my horn the check engine light comes on and the makes the engine accelerats as if i'm pushing the gas pedal can someone tell me what'* going on with this car please and thank you in advance
