I'd say if all the doors are secure, you might want to see if either the big plastic pin switch under the hood is damaged (it'* on the radiator support on the driver'* side) or the wiring to the trunk latch is dislodged.

I'm most interested in the condition of the tamper cable on the trunk lock cylinder. Remove the carpet under the trunk lid, and look for a mechanical cable coming from the lock cylinder to a small electrical connector. Disconnect this, and see if it solves your problem.

Well i know the sensors are good but for some reason i have to disconnect my battery everytime it gets set off in order to get it to work again. I have no idea why but for now it will have to work.

You should be able to use your key in the outside door lock to cancel a blaring alarm. If it doesn't work in the driver'* door, go around to the passenger'* door and try the key lock there.
Also see if the car will lock and unlock all its doors via your key in the outside lock. It should, since the wires that trigger the Unlock action at the door key locks are the same ones that cancel the alarm. Maybe a wire has fallen off or broken inside the door. Again, if you get a different reaction with a key in the driver'* door lock vs. the passenger'* door lock, you've got a broken wire somewhere.
