Making horn honk when pushing key FOB??????
Is there any way to make my horn honk for a split second (like newer cars do) when I press lock button on my key FOB. I just hate having to listen real closely to tell if my doors locked when I pushed the lock button.

I'm no wiring or electric genius but a simple way to do this would be to have the power locks and horn wired together somehow. Granted there'* a little more to it than that since the horn only honks when locked with the fob.

Doesn't look to hard if you have twilight sentinal... i'll have to see where some wores go....
Just a single pulse of the parking lights and the horn is all he wants. four relays will get that done.

The keyless system has input from an antenna, and then sends a signal out the the various systems. Using that signal, instead of the power locking systems signal would be best. Otherwise everytime you lock/unlock your car, key fob or by hand, you'll do the horn and/or lights.
Take the Lock signal from the keyless unit, and run a patch wire from it to the parking lamp relay, and/or the horn relay. That will pulse them when you hit the buttons on the keyless.
