Do you know if you are getting spark and fuel? If it is cranking that slowly, about the only thing left to replace would be the starter. Before you do that, clean all of the connections, including those on the starter, see if that helps. Also, as a test remove the serpentine belt from the motor to see if it spins faster.

could be the knock sensor... my 88 celebrity did that when it died... replaced that, started right up.
