I believe that a malfunctioning relay would be the problem, because its on its way out, and you need to giva that one a try. If not, then one of the wires that controls the switches or in between is exposed and is reacting in the aforementioned way (Not that im 100% sure, but im just using common sense)

Although my car is light years behind the times, I had a somewhat similar problem. I do not have any remote lock feature just the electric door locks. About two years ago I locked the doors and after I closed the door the locks would unlock automatically. It turned out to be a stuck contact behind the drivers side door lock faceplate. Ya neva' know?!

I checked fuses and relays this weekend. Found nothing wrong there. I've done some searching around here about the BCM and RFA. Sounds like there may be some sort of check that can be run on the BCM? I'm still not exactly sure where the BCM and RFA are at...under the dash on pass. side?

Washers:
Connect a test light between terminals A and B of the washer pump connector (harness side).
Activate the washer switch while observing the test light.
Is the test light on?
Pretty much saying it'* the switch if you don't have power.

Door locks (first option = Yes, second = N0)

Enter the body control module (MALL) diagnostic mode.
Press and hold the power door unlock switch.
Cycle the headlamps 6 times.
Release the power door unlock switch.
The MALL module may sound a few bongs (history codes) upon entering the diagnostic mode. Refer to Body Control Module Diagnostic Information in Body Control Systems.
Press a front power door lock switch to the UNLOCK position.
Does the MALL module sound 1 bong for each press of the switch?

Go to Step 5

Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Disconnect the MALL module connector C1.
Use a Digital Multimeter (DMM) set to the ohms scale in order to measure CKT 294 (TAN) resistance from connector C1 terminal A to ground.
Is the resistance within the specified range?
0-5 ohms
Go to Step 4
Go to Step 10

Repair CKT 294 (TAN). Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

Disconnect the MALL module connector C2.
Use a DMM set to the ohms scale in order to measure the resistance from the MALL module connector C2 terminal C6 to ground.
Press the front power door lock switch to the UNLOCK position.
Is the resistance within the specified range?
0-5 ohms
Go to Step 6
Go to Step 8

Inspect the MALL module connector C2 for proper terminal contact at terminal C6. Refer to Intermittents and Poor Connections Diagnosis in Wiring Systems.

Is the terminal contact OK?

Repair the terminal contact at the MALL module connector C2. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Test for an open in CKT 781 (ORN/BLK) between the MALL module connector C2 terminal C6 and S252.

Is CKT 781 open?
