Does anyone have a 1993 Olds 88 service manual?
Does anyone have the pin outs for the RAP module from a 1993 Olds 88, I have a 1994 book, but some of the wires are a different color and a few pins are used in 1993 that aren't in 1994.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

Okay.....So what is the small blue connector with 4 wires for? I figured out the rest.
EXCEPT the black wire with red stripe on the white connector - Pin E - what is that for?

Don't know how much this will help, but I just compared my 93 and 95 FSM'* and they're VERY different. And my 93 FSM is for BONEVILLE, not for the whole family of cars like my 95 FSM.
93 Bonnevilles use the RAC (rap) and two relays on the passenger A-pillar (positions E and J).
Pin E on the RAC is not used on the Bville. No black and red wires at all in my circuit (or anyone else with a Bville FSM).
What are your symptoms? No retained power? Or no power?

This is actually going to be wired in to my van, a 1995 Silhouette. I have a '94 Olds C&H book, and I got this out of a 1993 Olds 88 and I figured it was the same as a Bonne.
There'* 3 connectors coming out, 2 blue and 1 white. It seems that the RAC and RKE appear to be the same from 1993 and 1994. If I get a chance, I might see what the RAC module looks like in my friend'* 1994 88.

if thats what you were trying to do, there were a battery of Bonnevilles, Lesabres, Park avenues, Olds 88 & 98'* that didn't have keyless entry, but did have illuminated entry and retained accessory power
and in this case the RAC only had the illuminated and Retained functions( white connector only )

a lot of the 92-95 C and H Body GM cars used the exact same RAP Module...
and in 1996 things did get a lot more complicated in the C and H line...
also for some strange reason and this is what I found out... While I was studying the service manuals as I wanted to install the Keyless RAC on my car I found that the pin outs were the same but the wire colors were different... Yet for certain years you could have a ABO302R or ABO303R Module, and each would replace the other... Same goes for the remotes you could use a 302 Transmitter on a car with a 303 RAC...
Gets confusing...lol

I could care less about RKE as the van already has it but can I use the RAP without hooking up the RKE if the box has RKE as well.
Has anyone tried that? LOL
This is my module...the 8 pin connector has 4 wires...The other blue and the white connector both have 10 pins and 9 wires each.
