Car'* still broke; GM customer assistance can't get the dealer to call 'em back. Probably going to change dealers, but before I do---does anybody have any experience with the DIC and it'* switch panel? I'm thinking that the fix for this is probably pretty simple...but
I thought I'd ask anyway...

About the only advice that I'd be able to offer is to take it out and resolder some of the connections on the circuit board, and check for cracks. The problem with doing that is that it could very well void your warranty. As frustrating as it is, you may be stuck working with that, or another dealer on it.
