1992 SSE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER PROBLEMS
I HAVE A 1992 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE SSE AND AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER SHORTING OUT.IT SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THESE CARS.CAN YOU TELL ME HOW MANY WIRES ON THE 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER HARNESSES SHOULD HAVE POWER WHEN THE CAR IS RUNNING WITH EVERYTHING TURNED OFF SO I CAN ELIMINATE EVERYTHING ELSE.THE CAR RUNS FINE OTHERWISE.I APPRECIATE ANY HELP I CAN GET. THIS IS MY FIRST POST,BUT I HAVE FOUND ALL KINDS OF USEFUL INFORMATION ON YOUR SITE. JUNIOR74

Dunno about the which wires should supply power, but all you should have to do is clean the terminals to fix the problem. Have you seen the techinfo yet? http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...e=article&k=93
